The problem
The concrete drive was plain and starting to show age. The house had a modern farmhouse look that the slab did not match. The owner wanted gray pavers with clean lines to the garage and walk.

Work performed
We demolished the concrete, compacted a driveway base, and installed large-format gray pavers with edge restraint and joint sand. Lines were kept clean to the garage and the walk.

Challenges
Large-format driveway pavers show waves if the base is not true. Color and joint lines have to stay consistent across a wide field. We spent the time on grade so the modern look is actually flat, not just a different color of concrete.
Finished result
